NGO Aman Biradari Trust is an organisation that works towards a secular, peaceful and humane world. The work extends to working with street children, running shelter homes in different states across the country, working with providing access to medical help for the underprivileged and on the issues of communal violence across the country.
About the Internship
Karwan-e-Mohabbat invites motivated students of law to apply for a full-time internship at their New Delhi office. The legal team works on issues of compensation related to riot victims, hate-crime cases across the country including lynchings, encounters and custodial violence, hate-speech cases and NRC cases. The legal interns would be assisting the team in research and drafting on these cases.
The Karwan-e-Mohabbat began as a movement of solidarity to atone for the rising hate crimes that have taken place across the country and work with victims and families of such hate crimes and provide legal and psycho-social support.

Eligibility
The internship is an opportunity for young students to engage with lawyers, community justice workers, social workers and directly be a part of legal justice efforts for persons affected by communal violence in different regions of the country.
