Responsibilities of the Associate would be:
Prepare and file relevant documents in the prosecution of Trademark applications including preparing User Affidavits, reply to Examinations reports.
Conducting opposition searches, TM searches, etc.
Drafting of oppositions, counter-claims, evidences, etc.
Attending hearings before TM Registry.
Conduct research on Indian and foreign trademark law as necessary.
Prepare and record ownership documents and licenses related to trademarks.
Conduct due diligence on trademark portfolios.
Handle special projects as assigned.
