Role of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Legal:
The Senior Legal Executive would shoulder responsibility of providing legal, regulatory, reputational and transactional advice to our Merchant Banking & ECM businesses and also supporting certain other principal investing groups across the firm.
Qualification:
LLB/LLM
2-5 years of Mandatory financial services experience
Skillsets:
Excellent functional expertise
Effective communications skills
