Applications are invited from the qualified and interested candidates for various contractual positions at the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), Imphal.

The Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD) although registered in April 2001, under the Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989, the regular activity of the Institute could be started only with the appointment of its first Director on 18th January 2003 to achieve it’s mission, goal, and objectives.

The post details are given below.

1. Project Scientist-II (03)

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Pharmacy from a recognized university with three years of experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organization and scientific activities and services.
Candidate with experience in natural product research.

Salary

Rs. 67,000/- + HRA

2. Project Scientist-I (03)

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Chemistry or Pharmacy from a recognized university.
Candidate with experience in natural product research.

Salary

Rs. 56,000/- + HRA

3. Research Associate (03)

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Chemistry or having 3 years of research experience after M.Sc/ M.Pharm/ M.Tech with at least one research paper in science citation indexed (SCI) Journal.
Candidate with experience in natural product research.

Salary

Rs. 47,000/- + HRA

4. Project Associate (07)

Qualifications

M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Chemistry or M.Pharm from a recognized university.

Salary

Rs. 31,000/- + HRA
