About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting research on industry-related topics
2. Generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication
3. Producing online content and have an eye for detail
4. Training the delivery-for-field staff and office staff employees
5. Advising and coaching the content team regularly on training requirement materials
6. Working on skeletal content (narration scripts for videos: English& Hindi)
7. Talking to various stakeholders and get the training requirements in a structured manner
Eligibility
1. Microsoft PowerPoint tool proficiency
2. Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
3. Communication skills (speaking & writing – English & Hindi)
4. Cross-functional coordination
Salary
CTC:5 – 6 LPA (All fixed)
