House Court is a newly established online dispute resolution platform. Online dispute resolution is the future of dispute resolution, not just in India but anywhere in the world. The COVID-19 related lock-down has given a significant impetus to the entire Indian legal ecosystem to accelerate the adoption of online dispute resolution. Currently, in India, there are two types of online dispute resolution services. The first is legal firms offering online dispute resolution services, and the second is platforms from for-profit companies that enable the entire legal ecosystem from judges, arbitrators, lawyers, and clients to use the platform. House Court belongs to the latter category and is one of the first few early Indian online dispute resolution platforms. Our differentiated promise is that we will charge a fixed price for dispute resolution and ensure that the case conclusion is within a known timeframe.
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include working on populating the templates (writing the draft articles) for subsequent edits and enhancement by our experts (we have a template for the reinterpretation of all aspects of contract law the result is an article for each illustration in the contract act).
Note: The intern is expected to complete the entire assignment consisting of approximately a hundred articles, in four months. This number translates to roughly one article every two days for the first ten days, followed by one piece a day for the remaining period and the compensation will be in the form of co-author status and a fair percentage (in the range of 10%-20%) of the book’s royalties. This internship will contribute significantly to the career of the candidate.

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 100 on every Write-up that you make or deliver.
