About us

ICAR was founded by 5 students from across the top law schools in India- NALSAR, NLU-D, NLIU with an illustrious Advisory Board from across the globe- Retd. Justice B.N. Srikrishna, Dr. Kabir Duggal, Dr. Aniruddha Rajput, Ms. Sophie Nappert, amongst others, that has come together with a singular purpose and vision of generating such discourse on arbitration, upon taking cognizance of the lack of easily accessible and comprehensive literature on arbitration within the Indian legal fraternity. Each of us has had the privilege to represent our respective Universities at various international moot court competitions and alternative dispute resolution competitions, to hold editorial positions in reputed journals, and undertake research for arbitrators. Having developed a passion for the arbitration world through these endeavours, we intend to tap into our resources and make them accessible to the larger student community. This is the genesis and driving force of ICAR.
