The Harvard Business Law Review (HBLR) is a student organization of Harvard Law School that publishes an annual print volume titled the Harvard Business Law Review and an online journal titled Harvard Business Law Review Online. The online journal reviews shorter submissions and publishes articles on a rolling basis throughout the year.


HBLR has invited submissions from all members of the business law community including students, academics, practitioners, regulators and lawmakers for its current and future issues.


Articles must be concerning the following▪ U.S Law▪ International Law▪ Domestic Laws of countries and regions worldwide.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES▪ The word-limit is 1000-5000 excluding footnotes.▪ Citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook 20th Edition.▪ The articles must be submitted via email to online@hblr.org▪ The submission must be accompanied by a CV/resume,else the submissions will not be reviewed. Cover letters are optional but preferred.
