ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Royal DSM is a Dutch multinational company which is looking to hire an able candidate for the post of Legal Specialist for its Mumbai office.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Drafting and Vetting of contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs & other legal documents.• Vetting of bid documents and replying to legal notices.• Ensure an effective archiving of legal documents.• Oversee control systems to prevent or deal with the violations of legal guidelines and internal legal policies.• To support documentation required by various departments in the Company for obtaining and maintaining various statutory approvals.• Assist in maintenance of proper records of the physical and soft documents and all legal records of the Company.• Experience in handling arbitration and civil and criminal litigations.• Liasoning with external lawyers for various legal matters.• Reviewing legal requirements on product Packaging and advertisement of Company’s Products, knowledge of FSSAI regulations.• Ensure effective compliance of Companies Internal Policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND KEY SKILLS• Candidate must have completed LL.B degree from a reputed university and must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).• Should have work experience of 3-5 years.• Commercial awareness with ability to handle issues with discretion; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; flexibility, ability to take initiative and a flexible and practical approach to work are required.
