ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Third Bridge Group is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst at the Legal Associate Level for its office in Mumbai.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.• Answering internal queries on compliance decisions.• Escalating non-complaint or complex questions from the business or requests as and when required.• Ensuring that the company is compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client specific processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Degree level qualification or equivalent• Previous legal or compliance experience is essential.• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
SKILLS• The candidate must have organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.• He/she must possess ability to develop strong working relationships across the organisation, working with individuals at all levels and across offices.• He/she should be able to identify risks and apply strategies and seek guidance to minimise them.• He/she should have ability to prioritise competing goals and interests and manage time effectively.
