ELIGIBILITY AND REMUNERATION1. Associate (Legal)- A• Qualifications: Law graduates (LL.B) or equivalent from recognised universities in India and recognised by Bar Council of India (BCI) having 1-2 years of experience. Enrolled as an advocate with the BCI.i. Experience in handing cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife in a Government of India or State Government Department/Board.ii. Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects from a recognised university/institution. • Remuneration: Rs.40,000/- 2. Associate (Legal)- B• Qualifications: Law graduates (LL.B) or equivalent from recognised universities in India and recognised by Bar Council of India (BCI) having 2-3 years of experience. Enrolled as an advocate with the BCI.i. Experience in handing cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife in a Government of India or State Government Department/Board.ii. Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects from a recognised university/institution. • Remuneration: Rs.50,000/-3. Associate (Legal)- C• Qualifications: Law graduates (LL.B) or equivalent from recognised universities in India and recognised by Bar Council of India (BCI) having more than 3 years of experience. Enrolled as an advocate with the BCI.i. Experience in handing cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife in a Government of India or State Government Department/Board.ii. Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects from a recognised university/institution. • Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/-
*Preference would be given to candidates with score 60% and above marks/CGPA in LL.B exam.
