Our Team

Eshaan Bansal, LL.M. (McGill, Canada), B.A. LL.B. (RGNUL, India), is currently working with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). 

Previously, Eshaan was a Senior Legal Associate at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in Mumbai, managing one of the largest digital payments platforms in the world. Before NPCI, he practiced law at the Bombay High Court and pursued a master’s degree in Air and Space Law at McGill University, Canada. Post-graduation, he gained experience with the Air Transport Bureau (ATB) at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal. Returning to Mumbai, Eshaan worked at Crawford Bayley & Co., one of India’s oldest law firms, handling complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. 

Eshaan is passionate about Space Law, collaborating with Spaceport SARABHAI (S2), a dedicated space think tank, to provide policy guidance to the government and support India’s private space sector. He is the author of the book “Understanding International Air and Space Law: An Indian Perspective” and has contributed papers to various journals.

Priyam Jinger, an accomplished advocate in India, holds an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from McGill University. With a rich background, she interned at the International Civil Aviation Organisation in Montreal, Canada, gaining extensive exposure to international civil aviation. Ms. Jinger is a vital asset to Sarin & Co, specializing in aviation law and offering prompt regulatory assistance to the firm’s foreign clients. Her skills encompass legal documentation, due diligence, litigation, regulatory compliance and governance, and legal research. Noteworthy is her role as a frequent visitor to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), further solidifying her expertise and presence in the aviation regulatory landscape. This makes her a versatile legal professional contributing significantly to Sarin & Co.
