Eshaan Bansal, LL.M. (McGill, Canada), B.A. LL.B. (RGNUL, India), is a passionate advocate for education, sanitation, and child welfare. He founded Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF) in 2015 while pursuing his degree in law, driven by a desire to support students in India’s hinterlands with career planning and holistic development.

His journey began with Wall of Hope, YIMF’s flagship project—a donation drive aimed at providing essential resources to underprivileged students. Over the years, the organization expanded its scope, now working actively on menstrual hygiene awareness, sanitation, and child safety (good touch, bad touch education). Eshaan’s vision was deeply inspired by the UN’s WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) goals, leading him to spearhead initiatives for the refurbishment and rebuilding of toilet facilities in government schools. Today, YIMF continues to evolve, focusing on holistic school development to create safe, hygienic, and empowering learning environments.

Beyond his social initiatives, Eshaan is an accomplished aviation and space law expert. Currently, he works with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), contributing to global aviation policy and regulatory frameworks. Previously, he served as a Senior Legal Associate at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), managing legal operations for one of the world’s largest digital payments ecosystems. His legal career also includes practicing at the Bombay High Court, working with Crawford Bayley & Co. on commercial transactions, and gaining international experience at the Air Transport Bureau (ATB) of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal.

A dedicated researcher and author, Eshaan collaborates with Spaceport SARABHAI (S2) to advance India’s private space sector and has provided policy guidance to the government. His book, “Understanding International Air and Space Law: An Indian Perspective,” and numerous research publications reflect his commitment to shaping the future of global air and space law.

While he continues to excel in his professional endeavors, YIMF remains at the heart of his mission—ensuring that students, especially in underserved communities, receive the resources, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.

Priyam Jinger, LL.M. (McGill, Canada), B.A. LL.B. (RGNUL, India), is a dedicated legal professional and a passionate advocate for social impact. She has been an integral part of Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF) since its inception, joining forces with Eshaan Bansal during their law school days to bring meaningful change to students in underserved communities.

As the CEO of YIMF, Priyam plays a crucial role in overseeing the team, ensuring the successful execution of CSR initiatives, and driving the organization’s vision forward. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding YIMF’s impact areas, from career counseling and educational support to menstrual hygiene awareness, sanitation, and child safety programs. She has worked relentlessly to enable large-scale refurbishment projects in government schools and the fulfillment of the UN’s WASH goals.

Beyond her social initiatives, Priyam is an accomplished advocate specializing in aviation law. She holds an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from McGill University and has interned at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal, Canada, gaining valuable insights into global aviation regulation. Currently, she is a key member of Sarin & Co., where she provides regulatory assistance to foreign clients, handles aviation litigation, and ensures compliance with Indian aviation laws.

With a strong foundation in legal documentation, due diligence, litigation, and regulatory governance, Priyam seamlessly balances her professional career with her unwavering commitment to YIMF’s mission. Under her leadership, the foundation continues to empower students, enhance school infrastructure, and raise awareness on critical social issues.

Her versatility as both a legal expert and a social impact leader makes her an invaluable driving force behind YIMF, ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision, passion, and purpose.

Sana Bansal is a dynamic leader at Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF), playing a pivotal role in executing its mission-driven initiatives. She joined the NGO while still in high school, passionately bringing its flagship project, Wall of Hope, to life in Mumbai. Since then, she has remained a driving force behind YIMF’s CSR and marketing efforts, ensuring that every project reaches its full potential.

As the COO and CSR Head, Sana is responsible for coordinating and executing all CSR initiatives, collaborating with corporate partners, and ensuring seamless project management. From school refurbishments to menstrual hygiene awareness and sanitation initiatives, she ensures that every effort aligns with YIMF’s long-term vision of empowering students and fostering holistic school development.

With a strong background in Mass Media, Communication, and Journalism from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Sana brings strategic marketing expertise to the NGO. She further refined her skills at the IESEG School of Management, Paris, gaining a global perspective on branding and outreach. Her expertise in marketing and corporate engagement allows YIMF to amplify its impact and build meaningful partnerships.

Currently based in Mumbai, Sana works as a marketing professional in the BFSI sector, where she applies her skills in blending generative AI with traditional marketing strategies. Her ability to bridge the gap between corporate social responsibility and grassroots impact makes her an invaluable leader at YIMF.

Under Sana’s leadership, YIMF continues to expand its reach, mobilize resources, and create sustainable change in schools and communities across India. With her passion, strategic vision, and marketing acumen, she ensures that every initiative not only meets but exceeds its goals.

With over 30 years of experience in education, Sandeep Singla is a dedicated educator and school administrator, committed to uplifting students in the hinterlands of Punjab, India. As a Trustee of Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF), he has played a pivotal role in bringing the NGO’s vision to life, offering his expertise, experience, and grassroots perspective to the NGO’s initiatives.

Mr. Sandeep’s deep understanding of the challenges faced by students in rural India has been instrumental in shaping YIMF’s approach to career guidance, school infrastructure development, and awareness programs on hygiene and child safety. His on-ground involvement ensures that the foundation’s projects are effectively implemented and tailored to the specific needs of students and schools.

As a school administrator in Punjab, he has firsthand experience in curriculum development, student mentorship, and educational reform. At YIMF, he oversees the execution of CSR initiatives in Punjab and Haryana, ensuring that each project is well-structured, sustainable, and impactful. His guidance and leadership have helped the foundation expand its outreach, improve school infrastructure, and drive meaningful social change.

With his unwavering dedication to education and community development, Sandeep continues to be a pillar of support for YIMF, ensuring that the foundation’s initiatives create long-term, transformative impact in the lives of students.

Mayank Jeengar is a dedicated on-ground implementation manager at Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF), ensuring the seamless execution of major projects in Rajasthan. As the Rajasthan Branch Head, he plays a key role in overseeing initiatives like Saarthi and Paathshala, ensuring that every project reaches the students and communities that need it the most.

With a Master’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration, Mayank brings a strong organizational and administrative acumen to his work. His hands-on approach allows YIMF to effectively coordinate CSR initiatives, infrastructure development, and awareness programs across Rajasthan.

Mayank’s deep connection with local communities and schools enables him to identify challenges, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term impact. His meticulous attention to project execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement has been crucial in bringing YIMF’s vision to life in the state.

Anjali Gupta is a development-sector professional and law graduate from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. She officially joins The Young Ignited Minds Foundation as Vice President – CSR & Operations, after years of meaningful volunteering and collaboration with the organisation.

Anjali began her association with YIMF as a volunteer in 2020 as the Head of the E-Learning Department, where she lead the design and delivery of digital learning programs for underserved children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under her guidance, YIMF successfully launched remote education models that reached hundreds of students when classrooms were inaccessible. Her leadership during this critical phase set the tone for many of the Foundation’s education focused interventions.

Now, as she joins in a full-time capacity, she spearheads YIMF’s CSR strategy and field operations. From transforming school infrastructure through Project Paathshala to advancing menstrual hygiene awareness under Project Saarthi, her work reflects a deep commitment to dignity, inclusion, and child well-being. She works closely with school leadership, local governments, and CSR partners to implement holistic development models across multiple states.

A passionate advocate for human rights and gender equity, Anjali draws from her extensive legal background including internships with the Calcutta High Court, a gender law researcher, and arbitration focused work across Delhi and Kolkata. This foundation enables her to integrate rights based thinking, legal compliance, and ethical governance into every stage of program delivery.

At YIMF, Anjali now leads pan-India operations, manages on-ground teams, and coordinates CSR partnerships with public and private stakeholders. She also supports documentation, proposal drafting, and institutional partnerships with a strong focus on transparency and impact.

Previously, she served as Deputy Team Leader at IDIA Punjab Chapter, mentoring students from underprivileged backgrounds to access legal education. A recipient of the Rajya Puraskar and a former NCC Cadet, she believes in service anchored in discipline, empathy, and purpose.

When not immersed in program strategy or stakeholder meetings, you’ll find her reading about gender policy, writing creatively, or spending time in the field, connecting with the very communities she works to uplift.

Reishabh Kapoor is a passionate and results-driven youth contributor, currently serving as the Project Accountant at the Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF). At the intersection of finance and social impact, Reishabh plays a key role in managing the financial documentation, budgeting processes, and reporting functions that support the foundation’s diverse community-driven initiatives. His work ensures that every project remains accountable, organized, and aligned with YIMF’s mission of creating meaningful change at the grassroots level.

A student of *B.Com (Hons)* at *Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Reishabh brings with him not only a strong academic grounding in finance and business but also a growing proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics. These skills enable him to translate numbers into insights, helping the organization make informed, data-backed decisions across its programs.

Reishabh also completed an internship with SBI Securities, where he was exposed to the inner workings of retail broking and market operations. This experience deepened his understanding of financial processes and client engagement, and continues to inform his disciplined and methodical approach to his work at YIMF.

In his current role, Reishabh blends operational precision with a genuine commitment to social good. Whether he’s tracking budgets, generating performance dashboards, or refining project documentation, he believes that behind every impactful initiative is a strong support system—and he’s proud to be a part of that system at YIMF.

Looking ahead, Reishabh aspires to continue contributing to socially-driven organizations, combining his finance background with a passion for community development and youth empowerment.

Sayali Patil is an IT engineering graduate from Pillai College of Engineering, currently working full-time at the Young Ignited Minds Foundation (YIMF) as a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator. She brings together her technical background and creative mindset to design meaningful digital content and experiences.

Sayali started her journey with YIMF as a UI/UX Expert and Website Developer Consultant during a 3-month internship. In that role, she led the complete design and development of the foundation’s official website. Her focus was on making the website easy to use, visually appealing, and aligned with the foundation’s mission and values. The project allowed her to apply her design skills and tech knowledge in a practical and impactful way.

In her current full-time role, Sayali handles content strategy and design for YIMF’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. From creating engaging social media posts to planning campaigns, she works to make sure the foundation’s voice is clear, inspiring, and connects with the community. Her work plays an important role in growing YIMF’s online presence and building a strong, engaged audience.

Her skills include UI/UX design, front-end web development, graphic design, branding, content creation, and social media management. She is confident using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and several social media scheduling and analytics platforms, allowing her to manage both the creative and technical sides of digital communication.

What stands out most about Sayali is her passion for using design and storytelling to make a difference. Whether she’s working on a website or writing a social media caption, she focuses on creating content that feels genuine, useful, and impactful.
